Background Information
Tami Kaplan is Manager of Special Projects, Systems, and Donor Relations in the Office of Foundation Relations. Before joining Foundation Relations in the fall of 2006, she worked for over three years as a senior research analyst in MIT’s Office of Development Research and Systems.

Prior to coming to MIT, Tami served as acquisitions editor for linguistics at Blackwell Publishing for several years; she began her career as assistant professor of linguistics at the University of Iowa.
